Kristen Anne Bell is an American singer and actress born in the year 1980. She is an Michigan native who was born and fostered by her parents, Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) as well as Tom Bell (a TV news director). Kristen was born in Huntington Woods, Michigan with the family of a Polish mother and a father that has a mix of German, English Irish, Scottish, and Irish. Kristen was able to show a flair to perform on an early age on stage. In 1992, she was the first to go to an audition. She was given a part of Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell, who was 13 when her mom signed as an agent was also cast in ads on newspapers and TV. As well as taking private lessons in acting, she launched her career at that time. Bell had a minor role that was not credited to her for her part in Polish Wedding (1998), in 1998. Bell was a part of the drama and music groups of Shrine Catholic High School. The Wizard of Oz production in her high school earned Bell the leading Dorothy part. Bell later moved in New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She studied musical theater there. Bell completed her studies in 2001, decided to leave her college studies in order to take on in the role of Becky in Tom Sawyer. In 2001, she made her debut on the credit screen as Becky in Pootie Tang. However the film cut her character from the film and she was not even as a credit. Bell was in the Broadway revival of The Crucible starring Liam Neeson & Angela Bettis.
